They are currently experiencing a lot of growth and are looking to add to their team. They are passionate about their SME clients wanting to provide a personalised service. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join as an Accountant, working managing your own portfolio of clients. The company believe in promoting from within so once you join, you will see a team start to grow around you as you hone and perfect your management style and skills. The Role As the Tax Accountant, you will provide tax planning and advice to a range of clients. You will be responsible for: Review of monthly management reports, tax returns and other statutory lodgements Explaining the key insights from financial information to small business owners in a clear and simple manner Proactively responding to queries, providing support and advice to assist them in growing their business Your Background To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (e.g. CA/CPA or equivalent) with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, highly developed communication skills and the ability to successfully solve problems while proving yourself as a strong team member and leader. You will possess a keen interest in tax-related matters and have a desire to make an impact within a motivated and successful team.
