As a Senior Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our global hiring teams. In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to impact our talent strategy, working in a company where hiring is a top priority, heavily invested in, and trusted.

You'll Be Empowered ToServe as a trusted partner to all business units, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support.Manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Immutable story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.Utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and improve our processes.Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.We'd Love You To BringExtensive recruitment experience, with 8+ years in recruitment in-house, ideally at a global high-growth company.Expertise in technical and leadership hiring.A proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.The ability to rapidly upskill on new technology stacks.Comfort working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Bonus Points ForExperience using Lever (ATS).
