Job Description Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help with our recruiting efforts.
Reporting to the TA Manager ANZ and working alongside the ANZ Talent Team.
This role ideally would be based out of our offices, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
Extensive experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience of planning and implementing successful recruitment campaigns using different channels Ability to write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent Ability to use LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance Proficient in the use of the ATS functionality, including reporting and hiring manager collaboration Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines The role requires essential skills in communication – written and oral, interpersonal skills, creativity and flexibility, analytical, problem solving skills and networking skills.
