Senior Talent Acquisition Officer - Academia and Senior Executive Recruitment
Salt Search is currently partnering with a university that provides exceptional recruitment experiences to their candidates. A rare opportunity exists for a Senior Executive Recruitment Specialist to support a busy manager with recruitment of Senior level candidates (including both academic & corporate executives) immediately due to secondment of staff & growth of the business requirements.
Reporting to an amazing manager you will be responsible to hit the ground running & embraced with your knowledge and skills in professional & executive recruitment job profiles (preferable to have higher education or worked in a university in Recruitment but will consider other applicants that match the criteria.)
We are looking for a fast-paced and multiskilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who has at least 8 years experience in both a highly matrix-ed organisation with end-to-end recruitment with ATS (preferred workday) process from strategic resourcing, working with best practice across telephone & face interviewing, shortlisting, and on-boarding processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree qualified or qualificationAt least 8 years work experience in Senior talent acquisition or similar roles in highly matrix-ed organizations.It is desirable to have worked in higher education industry and already worked in recruitment at a university. So even if you are looking to step up in your recruitment role at university we would consider.Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networksExperience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the companyFamiliarity with using ATS comprehensively and following policy and procedures across the recruitment life cycle. (desired workday experience)
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits
