Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is the largest private radiological practice in Western Australia with 22 hospital and clinic locations. We provide high quality diagnostic imaging services, using the most up-to-date technology and highly trained medical professionals. We are the official medical imaging provider for the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, Perth and West Perth Football Clubs.
The opportunity
In this newly created role you will focus on the end-to-end recruitment process for our doctors (radiologists and nuclear medicine). You will also support in recruitment for corporate and technical roles as workloads permit. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, drive best practices, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience. Given the niche nature of our positions, there will be significant focus on talent pipelining, networking, and proactive outreach by phone and other channels. Your role will be key in attracting top talent, helping to shape the future of PerthRadClinic by bringing in the best and brightest.
This role is initially being offered on a 12 month contract basis, with potential to be permanent.
What do you need to be considered?
We're looking for someone with proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or technical sectors. You'll have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone transitioning from a recruitment agency into an in-house role for the first time.
