What will your typical day look like?Working closely with our Reporting & Insights Manager you will bring together the strategic focuses of the firm, translating objectives into business performance metrics, creating meaningful dashboards to support the firm investment.
You will work with senior stakeholders from across the business to continuously create and influence business performance reporting; the business will look to you as a reporting expert, influencing key business decisions at all levels.
You will be working in our visualisation tool, tableau, regularly creating views and supporting junior teammates.
You will often be presenting our reports to senior stakeholders, road showing new products and educating users on what information is available.

It does so by bringing differentiated solutions to our clients' agendas and nuanced to their specific industry and sectors.The Growth Strategy, Technology and Operations (STO) team's primary role is to activate and enable execution of our firm's Growth strategy, through an agile program of work across the themes of transformation, planning and insights and governance.

You are someone with: 2-4 years' experience in a financial data/reporting analyst role or similar, being responsible for producing, analysing and interpreting data to create meaningful reports.
Experience in data visualisation tools; Tableau skills are a must have Strong knowledge and understanding of analytical methodologies and best practice Strong business and commercial acumen The ability to translate business requirements into functioning and well-designed dashboards Experience in driving and developing a technical or analytical team to achieve desired objectives The ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels Advanced skills in MS Excel Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with teams across the business; confident in presenting to and influencing all levels of management, from technical teams to Executive stakeholders
