Our clients are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They've just been through an incredibly stressful experience, and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin.
That's where we come in! We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers, taking the hassle out of it for our clients.
About you and the role: We are looking for a Senior Systems and Network Administrator who will assist in managing all aspects of the organisations' IT Operations and Infrastructure, such as Help Desk Support, including escalations and mentoring, Network and Infrastructure Management, AWS Cloud Management and improvements to name a few.
This is a "hands-on" role so you will be experienced in technology infrastructure with extensive knowledge of network, cloud, applications, and databases. You'll be assisting in the responsibility of managing and ensuring the availability and resiliency of these IT services.
In addition to designing, planning, and implementing infrastructure improvements, you will deploy, monitor, and maintain the SD-WAN network across company locations. Your responsibilities will also include managing WiFi networks and cloud connectivity, overseeing backups, supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, as well as Information Security and Cybersecurity incident planning and response. Proficiency in AWS services such as VPCs, EC2, RDS, S3, and Amazon Connect is essential. You should also be highly experienced in managing Microsoft 365, including Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Intune, as well as skilled in managing Cisco switches and FortiGate Firewalls according to best practices. This role offers numerous opportunities to lead and participate in IT-related projects and more.
Ideally, you will have 8+ years' experience in systems admin and infrastructure, a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
