Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology) Full time This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer/Project Extraordinaire who has experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider environment to join our Team. The Role offers a diverse workload servicing a range of professional service clients, working with a multitude of technologies, ensuring that no two days are the same. This role is Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Weekend On-Call Roster. About you: Problem Solver: You are energised by solving business challenges with Technology. Continuous Improvement Junkie: You constructively challenge the status quo, look for better ways to do things and passionately advocate continuous improvement. Customers Greatest Fan: You excel in Customer Service Skills by understanding the Customer, defining the problem and developing solutions through their eyes. Troubleshooting Expert: You get a buzz out of getting to the root cause of problems. Network Guru: You can do subnet calculations in your sleep and can recall the OSI model backwards. Attention to Detail: You recognise that one mistake could derail the project/client hence you communicate and document meticulously. Team Player: You value the different perspectives and skills Teammates bring, contributing to the successful delivery of our mission. About the Role: End to End Ownership of Project Planning from design, implementation and completion. Delivering Projects such as New Office Setup, Relocation, O365 and Cloud Migrations without supervision and guidance. To be successful in this Role, you will need: Minimum of 5 years experience working in a technical ICT service delivery role. Minimum of 3 years experience delivering projects across all aspects of a solutions stack (Servers, O365, Cloud, Networking, Firewalls, Storage & Security). Extensive experience as a Senior Systems Engineer in a complex environment. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Desktop & Server Products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use initiative and be highly proactive. Reliable and Trustworthy. Strong Organisational skills. A valid Driver's License. The right to work in Australia.
