About the Role:

Join Coles as a Senior Systems Engineer focused on the Splunk Observability Cloud (O11y) platform.
As our APM expert, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operation, supporting innovation, and optimizing performance across Coles' digital infrastructure.
In this role, you'll:
Provide technical and operational support for the Splunk O11y platform.Design and deploy monitoring solutions for critical applications.Work with cross-functional teams, integrating with tools like DataDog and ThousandEyes to consolidate event mapping.Execute end-to-end solution design, ensuring smooth integration with our systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and evolve our technology capabilities.Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and contribute to operational documentation for seamless troubleshooting. What You Bring: 10+ years in APM implementation and support, ideally with Splunk or Dynatrace.Proficiency with monitoring tools, automation (UiPath, Power Automate), and containerized solutions.Strong skills in scripting (PowerShell, Python), event management, and CI/CD processes.Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS).Certification in Splunk O11y and ITIL preferred.
