Senior Systems Engineer

IT & Telecomms System Administration Sydney Permanent / Full Time About the Role We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer for an MSP to provide managed services and project support for clients.
This role covers end-to-end IT needs, including ticket management, system updates, troubleshooting, and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities Deliver Windows and/or Apple-based tech services.
Handle software installation, device setup, and application support.
Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems.
About You Experienced in a Senior Systems Engineer role, ideally with MSP experience.
Skilled in SCCM, Microsoft Intune migrations, PowerShell, and security settings.
Relevant certifications and strong communication skills.
