In this role, you'll support our clients and staff by managing and enhancing IT infrastructure and operations.
Your role is vital in managing and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and email systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support infrastructure systems, including Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Windows OS, and virtualization platformsManage Azure Enterprise applications, App Registrations, Azure AD.Support Mail Gateway, Delivery and gatewayOversee mid-tier infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print services) and manage system security through patching and antivirusDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to enhance automationMonitor and manage IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAsParticipate in IT projects, disaster recovery planning, and system documentationProvide third-level support and mentorship to junior staff while maintaining high user satisfactionBe ready to contribute to after-hours support when required and drive innovation within our IT services.What You Will BringProven expertise in Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and email systemsStrong knowledge of hardware, software, and scripting or coding capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage vendor relationships effectivelyA proactive approach to tackling technical challenges and driving solutionsRelevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceFind the better wayWhat gets us excited about working here?
