Senior Systems Engineer

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Currently partnered with a well-respected organisation in the IT industry, Verse Group are aiding our client in their search for a Senior System Engineer for an immediate start, based out of their Perth office.
In this role, you'll directly report to the IT Manager, providing consulting services to their customers.
No two days will ever be the same, as you will be working with multiple clients, adhering to their requirements.
Your day-to-day could look something like this:
Providing onsite and remote IT support to clientsAssisting with escalated engineering ticketsPlanning and executing high-level project work (inception to completion)Backup and dashboard monitoring and maintenanceBeing a subject matter expert on core business areasSetup and configuration of computers and other equipmentNow, let's talk tech skills.
If you possess the following, this could be your next role:
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Senior Systems EngineerExperience in configuring and administering Windows Servers, Exchange Servers, Azure Solutions and M365 SolutionsProven experience managing Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or Azure preferably)SDWAN TechnologyExperience with PSA and RMMAdvanced security solutions experience will work in your favourSound like you?
