Senior Systems Engineer

As a partner with some of the largest Defence projects in Australia, we have a role available for a Senior Systems Engineer to be based in the ACT.
They design and manufacture commercial and defence electronics solutions for customers worldwide.
This is a key leadership position working with an agile team supporting a critical defence program.
The Role: Elicit / refine / document requirements Act as the SME in Systems Engineering Employ ADSDEFCON Systems Engineering Principles Lead a team of different engineering disciplines Enforce design, system and specifications as required Plan, document and execute Verification and Validation activities Identify project and product risks and escalate using defined processes Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels Mentor Experience Required: Tertiary qualifications in Systems Engineering A traceable history in full-spectrum engineering At least 10 years of experience in complex engineering programs An understanding of electronics based Systems (RADAR) Lead and develop documentation A track record in executing key systems engineering artifacts A high level of technical expertise and the application of that knowledge Strong verbal communication and writing skills Engineering degree in electrical or electronics preferred Must have a current NV1 (Secret) Security Clearance APPLY NOW - Our client is looking to interview immediately.
