Responsibilities & Tasks Work on and resolve escalated Helpdesk Tickets Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security configurations.
Creating detailed technical documentation for internal teams and customers related to advanced troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and solutions.
