Your main goal will be to make our clients exceptionally happy. As a Senior Engineer (Level 3) , you'll contribute to both internal and external projects and handle escalated support requests.

Responsibilities & Tasks Work on and resolve escalated Helpdesk Tickets Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security configurations. Creating detailed technical documentation for internal teams and customers related to advanced troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and solutions.
