Senior Systems Engineer / Administrator (2x Positions) Location: North Sydney, NSW | Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
 
I am looking for two Senior Systems Engineers / Administrators to join our growing team. These roles are ideal for experienced IT professionals with a strong background in systems engineering, networking, and cloud solutions, particularly in Azure, and a passion for delivering high-quality services in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer and support complex IT environments for multiple clients, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Design and implement cloud solutions, primarily in Microsoft Azure. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various technologies (networking, security, cloud). Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team culture. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, delivering clear solutions and meeting project deadlines. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in system engineering/administration, ideally within an MSP setting. Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft (Windows, SQL, IIS), networking, Azure, security, and Linux. Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, automation tools (Azure DevOps, ARM), and API integration. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
