X2 full time 12 month fixed term opportunities Utilise your expertise to provide support for Human Resource Workforce Systems users across the University through ensuring usability, data integrity, accuracy and compliance Base Salary $121,508 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The primary purpose of this role is to lead continuous improvement projects and system support ensuring usability, data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
This position will define system requirements and specifications and be Responsible for assigned testing activities with minimal supervision including participation in identifying scenarios to be included in the test execution.
Working in the systems team, the successful candidate will interact with system vendors, solution architects, business analysts, business users, and management.
Candidates should possess strong project skills and be able to work autonomously with little supervision.
Experience in using the Workday or Ascender Pay system is highly desirable.

Your key responsibilities will be to: provide day to day support to the Human Resource group as well as University managers and staff in the use of the Human Resource Information System ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures design and supply tools and materials to support Human Resource staff and other end users to effectively utilise the existing Human Resource systems for their needs, including training as needed to increase utilisation of self-service functions ensure approval flows and automated system notifications are configured correctly to meet Human Resource policy and procedure requirements in accordance with the formal delegations of authority coordinate and organise user acceptance testing, roll out of system patches, fixes and updates to minimise disruptions, and communicate system improvements, updates and outages across the University conduct detailed research and analysis as part of the broader Human Resources agenda and work with the reporting and analytics team to ensure system optimisation and data accuracy and integrity.
About you post graduate qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience demonstrated experience working with a large, entity wide HRIS dealing with extraction, analysis and maintenance of data experience managing or participating in HR system implementations, upgrades or system projects previous experience in a shared service environment (HR or operational) experience in delivering training to support the implementation or alteration to HRIS systems or processes previous experience working in a Higher Education environment or large organisations.
