We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior System Analyst – Salesforce to join our Technology Services team and help us optimise the user experience across our Salesforce platform.
In this hands-on role, you will:
Provide Expert Support: Offer technical guidance and ongoing support for all MSWA Salesforce users, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience.Drive System Improvements: Manage and enhance our Salesforce environment, including configuration, customisations, deployments, and integrations with third-party applications.Lead Change Management: Oversee Salesforce release cycles, implement system updates, and manage change processes to ensure the platform is always running smoothly.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and ensure the platform meets user needs.Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain high standards for data quality and security, implementing clean-up procedures and validation rules.Lead User Adoption: Support training and documentation efforts to ensure smooth onboarding and increased adoption of Salesforce across the business.Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Participate in the planning and delivery of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with MSWA's broader organisational goals.What can you expect?You'll be a key player in a dynamic and supportive Technology Services team, working alongside stakeholders across MSWA to enhance and maintain a platform that is central to our operations.
You'll be involved in a variety of exciting Salesforce projects, ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable, and user-friendly.
A bit about you…With at least five years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, you're skilled in managing complex Salesforce environments, particularly with Sales & Service Cloud.
You have deep expertise in user management, workflows, automation, and Apex programming.
You're a clear communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, and you're passionate about driving user satisfaction and system improvements.
Experience with integrated applications like OwnBackup, Skedulo, and Docusign is a bonus, and any additional Salesforce certifications will be highly regarded.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:Salesforce Certified Administrator.Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including system administration and custom development.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.Experience with Salesforce-related third-party integrations is highly desirable.*Note: We are open to discussing remote working options* And the benefits?As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer generous salary packaging options—currently up to $18,500 can be packaged to cover living expenses, mortgage payments, or car leasing, meaning you pay less tax on your income!
