Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior System Administrator to work within our team. You shall provide expert services in relation to managing, operating and supporting the IT Infrastructure across our customers.Requirements of the Role:This is not a remote job, only apply if you can work within Osborne Park.Excellent knowledge and experience with Azure, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365 systems.Substantial knowledge of Intune concerning autopilot, application packaging, and distribution.Strong experience with installing and supporting Windows Server Family, AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy and other essential services.Knowledge and experience with Teams, SharePoint, Dynamic365, PowerApps and PowerBi administration.Knowledge and experience in server virtualisation utilising VMware.Proficiency in Powershell for scripting, task automation and configuration management.Nice to have:Storage administration Pure Storage.Responsibilities:System configuration and maintenance within hybrid-cloud Microsoft Azure environment.Perform application and system patching, upgrades and deployments in a continual deployment framework.Support Microsoft Modern Workplace experience (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Defender ATP, Microsoft Security centre, Intune).Build and maintain desktop fleet through Intune.Develop scripts to automate the deployment of resource stacks and associated configurations.Work collaboratively with other clients and team members to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end service issues.Maintain and develop effective documentation and ICT standards for infrastructure, applications and associated services.What you will bring:A customer service approach and desire to develop and improve ICT functions for our customers.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Creative thinking, self-motivated, self-directed.Flexible and adaptable team player with the ability to work collaboratively or independently.Proven troubleshooting ability.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a systems administrator?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
