West Technology is pleased to be partnering with a global manufacturing organisation based in Sydney's western suburbs to help them find a highly motivated Senior Systems Administrator to join their growing IT team.

About the opportunity

Within this pivotal role, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the company's advanced IT infrastructure while being part of the decision-making processes that steer future technology direction.

Responsibilities will include:
•Provide seamless operation of a diverse set of ICT systems.
•Maintain state-of-the-art video conferencing and unified communication solutions and provide technical expertise and support in audiovisual environments.
•Support and maintain desktop and server systems.
•Collaborate with external vendors and consultants and hardware and software solutions.
•Maintain up-to-date IT-related documentation and deliver in-house training when necessary.

About you
•5 or more years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator within a large company.
•Possess advanced technical skills in Microsoft O365 suite, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Teams.
•Experience with UCS Platforms, Azure, and Oracle Cloud will be highly advantageous.
•Excel in problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
•Display an innovative approach to problem-solving, always striving to provide the best technology solutions.
•Showcase mentoring skills to support the development of team members.
