We celebrate success and have fun while working hard."What you'll be doingWe are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining our clients Data Centre Infrastructure and managing highly available, documented infrastructure and ensuring successful delivery of agreed KPIs.This position is required to work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to assist in the engagement and analysis of client requirements in order to develop proposal and tender documentation, assess new tools and technologies to enhance the future technical direction and maintain the infrastructure according to sla's.Responsibilities:• Create, develop and maintain operational documentation pertinent to AMS or Customer infrastructure, internal processes and procedures • Continually work to identify and remove single points of failure, performance issues, risks and downtime in the production infrastructure.• Assist in developing a monthly report outlining key activities, initiatives, issues, risks which will be reported to the Customer• Triage and resolve incidents. Service requests and Changes.• Assume technical ownership of allocated technologies and infrastructure within the Customer.
