The Opportunity With your real passion for technology, you will ensure the delivery of secure, robust and performant technology systems and platforms across WesCEF by designing, administering, and supporting our systems, cloud platforms and infrastructure to required standards.
You will:
Take a proactive role in the administration, operation, adoption and performance of applications and systems across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.Perform troubleshooting and fault finding for incidents and issues affecting WesCEF's systems and infrastructure.Act as technical lead representing the Technology Platforms function on technology and business projects.Undertake root-cause analysis to prevent problem re-occurrence and support the team with complex trouble-shooting.Implement automation and self-service capabilities to scale and manage IT systems effectively.Coach and mentor junior team members.About You Do you have the following skills and experience?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a relevant Tertiary qualification and/or IT certifications desirable.Highly developed analytical and problem-solving ability with proven ability to deliver in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Excellent knowledge of applications like Exchange Online, Active Directory, EntraID and Microsoft 365 platforms, Citrix including NetScaler, Veeam Backup, SCCM etc.Experience designing and supporting VMWare farms along with storage and compute platforms.Experience in leading moderately sized technical projects.With stakeholders located at both our Murdoch and Kwinana (operational) locations, you will need to be able to travel between both locations as required. Please note that our Murdoch office will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025.
