In this role, you'll:
Report to the Asset Information Support Manager working as part of a close-knit team, where you will be responsible for implementing and supporting new and improved systems and processes for asset applications utilised by Sydney Trains supporting asset management business functions and processes. This role will be relied upon as a subject matter expert for everything related to the configuration, implementations of new and improved Asset Management systems. You will proactively manage relationships with internal stakeholders including IT, Asset Management staff, Contractors and SAP users and support the day to day provisions of system and data management and user administration. You will manage the System Support team in the provision of systems/business expertise and support as well as manage the configuration, implementation of new and improved systems & capabilities including providing coaching where required. This role offers hybrid working between our Sydney CBD and Burwood Offices along with WFH options.
About you
You hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management or equivalent industry experience. You bring superior knowledge of Asset Management and/or Business IT Systems functionality and associated processes (including EAM/SAP or equivalent) in an asset intensive industry. Proven high level conceptual, planning, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to apply them in the development, implementation and support of asset management systems. Demonstrated communication, management and interpersonal skills to engage with, influence and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders whilst coaching and managing a technical team.
