Senior System Controller

Primary Objective: Responsible for making timely and competent decisions for both planned and unplanned events, market and dispatch within the operating parameters of the Generation, Transmission and Distribution systems within Northern Territory.As leader of a power system control room shift team the role monitors, operates and controls to ensure secure, safe and efficient power supply. This is carried out in compliance with various Technical Codes, policies, procedures and work instructions. The role supports the team in response to customer enquiries associated with Power and Water Corporation delivered services throughout the Northern Territory.
