Job Description As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be a member of a specialized team which is responsible for reviewing and analyzing services, processes and technology in order to deliver high-quality technical solutions, as well as providing expert advice and operational support to ensure a range of critical business systems and associated system components operate smoothly and without interruption to support the needs of the business.
On a daily basis you will lead the assessment, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of solutions to problems and requests for change in accordance with our client's approved policies and processes.
Plan and drive scoping, requirement definitions and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives, and contribute to the definition of policies, standards and guidelines for business system improvements. Participate in after-hours and on-call rosters as required, while following defined service quality standards.
Provide high-quality technical advice, expertise and support in relation to critical agency applications and business systems. Moreover, you will foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behavior.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating and implementing systems development and configuration activities, working knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to Digital systems.Well-developed knowledge of and proven experience in contemporary techniques, concepts, standards and processes appropriate for the development of Digital systems.Demonstrated experience coordinating change and release activities in a Digital systems development context.Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring work to meet time and quality standards, while balancing competing priorities.Highly skilled in the use of usual office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail), proficient in the use of JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint or ability to quickly acquire.Recent or current experience working within a Clinical Systems Replacement Project and/or specific experience with setup and configuration of any Health applications is considered an advantage.High level oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.Excellent problem solver and critical thinker and promotes teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members.Work rights and background checks:
