Your role Provide top-notch customer support and expert advice on functional, technical, and system administration across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies. Guide the activities of Technical Support Administrators responsible for maintaining the MyWorkZone environment.
What you'll do Analyse incidents, spot trends and advise the complex incident manager on escalated issues. Knowledge of SAP EAM and REFX modules and operational knowledge to troubleshoot issues. Collect and analyze operational data to spot trends, proactively solve problems, and perform complex problem analysis to keep the system running smoothly and meet Service Levels. Handle complex incident restoration, identify the root cause of service failures, and implement fixes or preventative measures to resolve issues and keep clients updated. Collaborate with the product team on system changes impacting system design. Ensure that governance is followed, test and manage changes in production. Work with stakeholders and ensure they are communicated in a timely manner for any issues and service requests raised. Monitor service delivery performance metrics to ensure Service Levels are met and keep stakeholders and customers informed about the status of their requests. What we're looking for Ability to manage proactive and reactive support to align with tactical objectives. Ensure required controls are followed without compromising responsiveness or availability. High level of autonomy in setting your own priorities and those of any supervised staff/project teams, in line with management. Maintain independence in managing workload and providing advice and recommendations, contributing to the development of relevant systems, frameworks, team planning, and projects. Determine your own actions within government and legislative policies, ensuring quality control in your work and that of any supervised staff. Be prepared to participate in an on-call or after-hours work roster to ensure service continuity or perform maintenance outside normal business hours.
