12 month full time contract Newcastle based hybrid role (3 days in office per week) What's in it for you?

What you'll be doing: Managing and automating a cloud-first technology environment across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.
Using your expertise with Intune, Entra ID, and Windows servers to deploy, secure, and maintain reliable platforms for the business.
Acting as the main escalation point for the Technology Service Desk, solving complex issues and training juniors to enhance service outcomes.
Collaborating with a dynamic team of DevOps, SysOps, and SecOps professionals to kick organisational goals and continuously improve infrastructure performance.
Leading vendor onboarding efforts, particularly through Entra ID, and managing vendor relationships to ensure top-tier delivery.
Experience required: Strong SysOps experience (3-5+ years), with a deep understanding of cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and Microsoft technologies.
Hands-on skills with Intune, Entra ID, PowerShell, and scripting for automation.
Experience in structured, regulated environments (e.g., government, public sector) with a quality-driven approach.
Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly and tackle complex challenges without needing direction.
