GRI, TCFD, ASRS)Management of third party environmental and sustainability advisors and auditorsUndertake research and provide advice on current, new, and emerging sustainability regulations and trendsOptimise and continuously improve sustainability reporting systems and processesIntegrate independent assurance over key metrics contained within the Group's annual sustainability and modern slavery reportsUndertake data analysis and establish KPI's to monitor and drive sustainability performance across key focus areas including packaging, waste, recycling, emissions, and supply chainHelp support the identification, monitoring and management of the Group's key climate-related risks and opportunitiesOptimise the Group's systems and processes to enable the on-going measurement and monitoring of scope 3 emissionsWork with stakeholders across the business to develop and work toward scope 1,2 and 3 emission reduction targetsWith stakeholders to develop a Group approach to improving consumer awareness around energy efficiencyAssist with developing an approach to decarbonising the Group's supply chainReview private label packaging to ensure alignment with the Group's ethical sourcing policyEnsure compliant ARL (Australian Recycling Labelling) across all private label branded productWork with suppliers to ensure alignment with the National Sustainable Packaging GuidelinesDevelop sustainability training for internal and external stakeholders across key focus areas such as packaging, waste, emissions, and ethical sourcingAssist with internal communications and committee reporting relating to sustainability performance and progress About you Customer focus: does everything through the eyes of the customerManages complexity: makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsAction oriented: takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency, energy and enthusiasmEnsures accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitmentsCommunicates effectively: communicates with a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesSelf-development: actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development opportunities.3+ years of experience within sustainability advisor role with exposure to sustainability, CDP and/or APCO reportingData analytics and report writing experience essential Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g.
