Senior Surveyor & Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated Senior Surveyor & Team Leader with a preference for candidates who have experience in construction surveying. As a Senior Surveyor at Ellipse Surveying, you will be responsible for conducting various surveying tasks, including:Building feature set-outPre-cast wall set-outAs-built or work as executed surveysEngineering surveysStructural steel set-outDetail surveysKey Responsibilities:Conduct building feature set-out surveysExecute pre-cast wall set-out surveysPerform as-built or work as executed surveysUtilise state-of-the-art surveying equipment and software for data collection and analysis.Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Management of junior surveyors and other project surveyors within your team.Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in construction surveying.Strong proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (Leica experience preferred).Experience with AutoCAD preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Valid driver's license.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Diverse and challenging construction-related projects.Ongoing training and skill development.Flexible working arrangements, including options for flexible hours and location.Access to various networking, social, and well-being events provided by our office host company WOTSO.
