Role Overview:
Based in Horsham, we are seeking anexperienced Senior Surveyor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will haveover 15 years of experience in civil construction industry.
This role requiresa dedicated professional who can manage and oversee all surveying activitieson-site, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed land surveys and measurements Preparing and maintaining drawings, and reports of surveys Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Carrying out 2D/3D takeoffs for estimation purposes Establish and maintain site control for construction purposes Conducting as constructed surveys to facilitate project closure Participating in project planning and development Assisting project managers and other stakeholders as required Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction surveying Degree or Diploma in Surveying Proven track record of successful project delivery in theconstruction industry, focusing on road construction, subdivisions, bulkearthworks, concrete works, airports, and bridge construction Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellentcommunication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CAD experience particularly AutoCAD, Civil3D and 12D.
Machine guidance support / TopCon GPS experience with mm lasercontrol.
Experience using Total Station coupled with experience using GPSequipment and machine guidance technology.
Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with keystakeholders and team members White Card What We Offer:
