Mandatory requirements:
• Minimum of a 3-year degree in surveying from a recognised tertiary institution, or a qualification that is acceptable for registration as a surveyor/surveying graduate with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ)
o Evidence of degree and/or SBQ acceptance must be supplied by the applicant at the time of the interview.
• 'C' class driver's licence
• Registration as a surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ) is mandatory for permanent appointment to the position.
Desirable requirements:
Certification (General or Specialist) with the Geospatial Council of Australia, formally the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI).
