Job Role: Senior Support Worker
Pay Rate: £25,780 per annum/ £13.22 per hour
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week
Shift Patterns: 8am-8pm ( 2 days on, 2 days off)

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant , you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:
Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times.
Carry out regular supervisions and appraisals for Support Workers.
Liaise with Health Professionals and maintain good working relationships.
Administer medication in line with the policy and the individual's care plans.
Take part in completing assessments.
About you:
In order to be considered as a Senior Care Assistant with us, you will need:
A kind and caring nature with a passion for enriching lives.
A minimum of 1 years' experience within a care environment, coupled with leadership involvement.
Level 2 in Health and Social Care or Equivalent required .
Experience administering medication.
CQC Awareness and Understanding.
