Your main goal will be to make our clients exceptionally happy. As a Senior Engineer (Level 2.5-3), you'll handle escalated support requests and contribute to both internal and external projects. When needed, you'll have the support of our Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities & Tasks Work on and resolve escalated Helpdesk TicketsManaging cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security configurations.Creating detailed technical documentation for internal teams and customers related to advanced troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and solutions.Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining servers and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)Performing forensic investigations and identifying potential vulnerabilitiesPerforming root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementing permanent fixesAssist the project engineer with project delivery Some of your key attributes include: A love of (and ability to) Solve Problems & ChallengesGreat Communications skills, founded in being a good listenerAdvanced understanding of support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide servicesAdvanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systemsAdvanced diagnosis skills of technical issues related of end-user hardware & software and network devicesAdvanced experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 PlatformA deep desire to deliver an amazing Client ExperienceThe ability to speak both Geek and humanBe an Australian Resident with a valid driving licenceThe ability to keep up with & adapt to the fast-paced IT world4+ yrs experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business Nice to have Experience using a Ticketing system / RMM Tool and PSA softwareExperience handling Ubiquiti Unifi productsProfessional IT CertificationsExperience/interest in VoIP solutions preferably 3CX Perks Get your birthday off ??
