The Role
Reporting into the ANZ Supply Chain Manager, this Senior Supply Chain Supervisor manages a team of two direct reports and ensures that strategic partnerships are effectively managed, and supply chain systems are optimised.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor team members in procurement and supply chain best practices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of non-food products and equipment. Negotiate, draft, and manage contract agreements for non-food products. Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for global non-food categories. Collaborate with the innovation and operations team to support the introduction of new non-food products. Act as a liaison between store managers and corporate departments to address supply chain concerns and streamline processes. Support inventory levels, forecasts and sales trends to optimise stock management. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings within the non-food supply chain. Implement best practices and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Proven experience within a Procurement, or Supply Chain Management role Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, contract and supplier management Excellent leadership skills and previous experience managing direct reports is required Food or wider FMCG industry experience is essential Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Team player with good relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
