Key responsibilities include: Lead and mentor team members in procurement and supply chain best practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of non-food products and equipment.
Negotiate, draft, and manage contract agreements for non-food products.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for global non-food categories.
Collaborate with the innovation and operations team to support the introduction of new non-food products.
Act as a liaison between store managers and corporate departments to address supply chain concerns and streamline processes.
Support inventory levels, forecasts and sales trends to optimise stock management.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings within the non-food supply chain.
Implement best practices and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
