Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy) Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking a Senior Supervisor to oversee Project and Shutdown Works within the Pilbara regions. The ideal candidate will have at minimum 5 years supervisory experience within the Iron Ore sector, be ambitious, and looking for future progression within our organisation.
The Senior Supervisor is a key leadership role within Tidal Solutions, working with a permanent, small, tight-knit team of boilermakers, fitters, trades assistants, and riggers. Key responsibilities include daily task allocation, supervision, on-the-job training and reporting, safety coaching, and client liaison.
