We are here for the long haul.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Senior Supervisor at our Gunnedah Branch. Your main responsibilities will be to plan, organise, lead and control Service operations to meet customer requirements whilst maintaining service sales, profits, budgets and expense control. Your ability to multitask and your exceptional Attention to detail will be imperative. The role will beMonday-Friday based at the Gunnedah BranchReporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:Manage all scheduled and non-scheduled work to ensure efficient utilisation of labour, equipment and resources to effectively deliver the services required by customer support staff and retail customers.Oversee quotations and customer invoicing & authorise payment of supplier invoices.Manage financial and productivity performance of the Service team including preparation of budgets, capital applications, daily controls, and targets within the company's guidelines.Maintain a good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments.
