This firm has 8 directors and 30 + staff across 3 offices and uses Xero for practice manager and Tax.
This role is in Indooroopilly where you'll be working with a team of around 20 staff comprised of accountants, administrators, bookkeepers and financial planners.

The Role - Senior / Supervisor with pathway to Manager and beyond
Supporting 2 modern, personable and family friendly directors
Compliance work and reviewing of compliance work of juniors
Supporting junior staff with queries
Once across systems and producing your own compliance work, the reviewing will ramp up and progression to supervisor / manager will kick in
Exposure to Business Advisory Services
The ideal candidate will have;
1 - 3 + years Australian Public Practice Accounting experience at a senior level
A passion for helping Australian Businesses
The drive to invest in your own future and be part of an all-inclusive supportive culture
CA/CPA Qualifications
A persona with leadership qualities that enjoys and gains sincere satisfaction in nurturing younger accountants to progress their careers
