About the RoleThe key accountabilities of the role will include: Timing, quality and accuracy of civil and structural discipline technical deliverables.Leadership, coordination and management of the discipline engineering and design team members.Application of professional judgement to facilitate timely and effective technical decision making.Seamless integration of the discipline engineering and design effort with the requirements of the other engineering streams, with Como's business development, studies and project delivery requirements.Appropriate improvement of engineering and design processes; identification and delivery of fit-for-purpose growth initiatives.Team mentorship, development and shaping.Applicant RequirementsPerth-based Australian citizen, or permanent resident.Degree-qualified Engineer, preferably with post-graduate credentials.Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles in the mining / mineral processing sector, encompassing the full project lifecycle from concept through implementation.Proven capability applying Australian and international codes and standards.What to do next: Please apply to the role or send me your resume directly to ******
