Key CriteriaFormal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia.Strong mining & materials handling project experience.Senior level experience required.Demonstrated experience in a design focused or EPCM role.Strong commercial acumen.Experience with mining plant structures design - concrete and steel.Strong stakeholder management skills & able to complete project delivery tasks.Able to complete site inspections.Previous experience leading small teams or have management aspirations.Strong understanding of industry guidelines.Excellent communication and reporting skills.
