Senior Structural Engineer - high rise $151-142kHead up the Structural division in this very successful Sydney consultancy with 40+ years of growth in Sydney, predominately in the high-rise/commercial space.
The leadership and management will assist your progression into Associate, as you will be part of this rare opportunity to oversee key Structural projects and underpin one of the popular leaders.
This is very uncommon amongst major Structural engineering consultancies where a hierarchical management structure makes it difficult to advance.
You will be highly recognised for your knowledge and experience.
They have regular team meetings inviting ideas and improvements, keeping an eye on their current strategies and thinking patterns as they are always open to change.
Directors are there to 'roll their sleeves up' and get 'stuck in', which is a part of their success.
This position would be suited to someone that has significant experience (6+ years) in high-rise and/or commercial projects.
Additionally, this role would be suitable for someone who is keen to develop their career into future Directorship.
