We are searching for an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about project delivery and client satisfaction as second nature.You will be the main point of contact for high-end residential projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end project delivery with a client-centered focus. This position comes with a discretionary, KPI-based bonus structure, rewarding those who exceed performance expectations, and a profit-sharing model, allowing you to benefit directly from successful projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main contact and project lead for high-end residential projects, valued between $800k and $2 million, ensuring client confidence and satisfaction.Lead the design and documentation of residential projects, from concept to construction phase support, and support minor commercial projects, such as petrol stations and small office buildings.Demonstrate expertise in structural design for materials including timber, steel, masonry, and concrete.Oversee foundation design and ensure all projects comply with structural and safety standards.Manage and mentor a team of design engineers and drafters, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects align with specifications and standards, addressing any technical challenges with beneficial solutions.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality structural solutions on time and within budget.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a design consultancy, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects.Experience in architecturally driven residential projects, including new builds, alterations, and additions.Skilled in delivering minor commercial projects such as petrol stations and 2-3 storey office buildings.Strong proficiency in timber, steel, concrete, and masonry design.Excellent client management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.Leadership experience in managing project teams, meeting project deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.Why Join?Path to Partnership: This role is designed for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, with aspirations to grow into an Associate role and beyond.Profit Sharing & Performance-Based Bonus: We offer profit-sharing on projects and a KPI-based discretionary bonus.
