The team in Canberra is not too big or too small, so this is a rare opportunity to work across a variety of projects as opposed to getting pigeonholed into working on the same type of project day in day out. They have great clients whose projects are as diverse as they are challenging.Due to growth they are seeking a Senior level Structural Drafter to work alongside senior engineers and to supervise the work of drafters and designers as required.Key responsibilitiesReview drawings created by engineers to ensure they meet industry standardsProvide feedback to engineers on drafts of blueprints that need improvementsPrepare drawings for structural projects using Revit and Auto CADMaintain register of drawings for projectsIssue drawings and documents as directed by Project Manager and Design staffMonitor drafting costs and report progress to the Project ManagerAssist with library of standard detailsSupervise the work of drafters and designers as requiredThe requirements
