What You'll Do: Craft and drive this Bank's strategic agenda for long-term success.Lead business planning, initiative prioritisation, and benefit realisation.Analyse market trends and identify game-changing opportunities.Build partnerships and implement strategies that deliver real value.Oversee key projects and ensure impactful outcomes for customers and stakeholders.What We're Looking For: 5–7 years of strategy or management consulting experience in top-tier firms or corporate strategy roles.Proven expertise across a range of strategy services, including corporate and portfolio strategy, customer and segment strategy, capability and operating model strategy, and strategy execution.A proven track record in delivering large-scale projects and navigating complex challenges preferably within the financial services sector.Expertise in strategy development, financial modelling, and customer-focused innovation.A customer-centric mindset with an interest in banking, finance, economics, customer experience, and digital innovation.The ability to influence, inspire, and drive outcomes in large scale environments.Why Join Us?
