We're looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team. Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer this role is responsible for ensuring that strategies are put in place to optimise the sustainable delivery of our mission and strategic objectives.
Permanent role, working full-time hours based in our Perth office (located in West Perth from January)

About the role
Take ownership of the corporate strategic planning cycle, including all associated Executive and Board reporting.
Provide advice and analysis to the Pricing Committee to inform pricing for all of Bethanie's products and services.
Conduct regular market analysis to inform corporate and business unit strategy development and decision making.
Partner with business units to assist in developing business unit-specific strategies.
About you
You enjoy work that is analytical and thrive on providing strategic insights to support your stakeholders. You're comfortable working with diverse teams and can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
You have solid experience in corporate strategy or consulting roles and will also bring:
Demonstrable understanding of demographic modelling and its application to property or product development.
The ability to analyse and present data to aid decision making.
Experience in the application of techniques to prioritise initiatives and business requirements.
An ability to digest internal and external pricing information and market data to support explaining complex data and concepts for different audiences.
The ability to build support for fact-based recommendations from a diverse set of stakeholders.
An understanding of the aged care, retirement living and community housing industries in addition to organisational change management exposure is desirable but not essential.
