The Senior Strategist is responsible for developing brilliant solutions for our clients and new business.
You partner with our team and your clients to define and overcome business problems, harnessing the opportunities others don't see.
You'll work closely with a strategy director on delivering outstanding campaigns and brand work.
This role will be responsible for working with the clients, business leads, and creatives to develop world-class innovative solutions.
Day to day in this role, you'll get to:Product Develop a broad range of strategies across our group of clients, using multi-channel knowledge, market knowledge and customer insights.Facilitate Strategy Workshops as part of the planning process.Identify strategic opportunities and proactively collaborate with business leads and clients to provide additional solutions.Work with other Strategists in your team to build insight and measurement techniques in the plans.Work with the Technical and Creative Director to build strategies that drive strong Customer Experience through story-telling and technical implementation.Input to Scope of Work documents and larger Creative Briefs to ensure they are on strategy.
Develop Creative Briefs where appropriate.Keep abreast of new technology and channel developments to make relevant application to marketing strategies.Use the appropriate tools and partners to get the information required to deliver the strategy.When working on Channel Strategy, work closely with clients' partners and our internal Connections strategists to deliver strategic recommendations.New Business Development Work as a Strategic Lead to develop new business pitch documents, the strategic response.Represent the strategy team in relevant credentials and other new business meetings.Develop new business pitch documents and lead pitches.Clear and accurate briefing of strategy to production teams.Ensure that all strategies can be delivered within budget and timeline, through working closely with the wider production team at the Strategy stage.Implement ROI and Response Models to show the robustness of the strategic recommendations.Provide estimates and gain approval prior to commencing work.Monitor, track and re-scope strategy jobs to provide accurate estimates and re-estimated in a timely manner.The person we're looking for has:Experience in a senior role within a strategy function.Excellent brand strategy experience.Exceptional presentation and influence.Ability to build great relationships across our teams, Publicis Groupe and our clients.An uncanny knack for distilling complexity into simplicity.Passionate about challenging the status quo through brilliant strategic and creative solutions.What you can expect from us:Partner with the best clients in Australia: ANZ Bank, Destination NSW, Suncorp, Bundaberg Rum, Superloop, HBF, Johnnie Walker, Red Rooster and Vitasoy.
