Our client is a global leader and is on the lookout for a Senior Strategic Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping their product vision, driving innovation, and implementing effective product management practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic direction of new and existing products, develop a comprehensive product roadmap, and drive compliance and risk management solutions.
What you'll do:
Establish and advocate best practices in product management
Lead the strategic direction of new and existing products
Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap focusing on features that would unlock new revenue opportunities
Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and UX Designers
Oversee the end-to-end development of products from initial concept to market launch
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
Drive ideation of compliance-focused products and write detailed product proposals
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and interface design
Leverage data and analytics tools to inform product decisions and optimise user engagement
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Product Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product strategy or management
Proven experience in building products from scratch and achieving commercial success.
Hands-on experience with UX/UI tools with a deep understanding of user experience design principles
Strong proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive product decisions
Deep understanding of Agile product development processes and tools
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
