Senior Strategic Planner

About the RoleThe Band 7 position will contribute to the team on a range of strategic planning work.• Develop policy and strategies on land use and urban development.• Carry out research and prepare advice on complex and multi-faceted strategic planning issues.
• Scope, manage, and deliver significant strategic planning projects and amendments.
• Engage with local residents, stakeholders, and community groups on planning issues.
Skills & Experience • Tertiary qualification in urban planning • Significant experience working within a strategic planning role.
• A current Working with Children Card.
