Join the Integration and Automation Delivery Branch (IADB) as a Senior Strategic Advisor, where your expertise will guide critical Defence initiatives and shape the future of ICT capabilities.
This role will see you providing leadership with strategic recommendations to address project needs, managing stakeholder relationships, and helping Defence achieve its ICT goals.

- Provide strategic advice to Defence leadership, offering recommendations to meet project and business needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, collect data, and deliver analysis to drive problem resolution.- Ensure proposed solutions are well understood and effectively implemented to meet Defence objectives.- Lead or support the implementation of agreed solutions for project outcomes.- Manage project outcomes, including milestones such as Material Releases and Capability documentation.About You:
You are a seasoned strategic advisor with at least 10 years of demonstrable experience in delivering expert advice for ICT projects.
Your ability to manage relationships, guide teams, and provide strategic direction makes you a key player in the Defence ICT landscape.Must-Have:- 10+ years of experience in providing expert advice on ICT project delivery.- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory skills.Highly Desirable:- Experience managing or specialising in a specific subject area related to ICT projects.- Proven success in influencing and driving project outcomes at a senior level.What's in it for you?
