Our client is a growing and dynamic strata management firm, looking to expand the team with motivated and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to their clients and residents.
The Role: Manage a portfolio of 20-35 buildings, each ranging in size from 10 to 40 lots.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of each strata property, including financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
Provide guidance and advice to committees on issues such as budgeting, dispute resolution, and major works projects.
We Are Looking For: Strata Manager : A minimum of 2 years of experience in Strata Management.
Senior Strata Manager : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Strata Management, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with a Property Management background or a Body Corporate Assistant looking to step into a Strata Manager position are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to work independently while managing a busy and varied portfolio.
Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
